We are looking for Business Analysts to join the EMEA Sales Solutions organization. You will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of current and upcoming best practices in sales analytics and will make strategic recommendations to maximize investments in a cost-effective and financially prudent manner. Job Purpose Statement Implements assigned parts of EMEA business strategies, tactics & sales programmes. These include effective sales performance analysis, setting sales performance targets, implementing Sales compensation strategy, executing Sales compensation plans.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Translate EMEA Business Plan into Sales territory performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze Sales performance results and formulate recommendations on current and future development.
  • Develop solutions, models and processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness.
  • Develop models for forecasting Sales compensation costs
  • Implement motivating incentive programs for our Sales force in the EMEA region which support the EMEA business plan and the go-to-market strategy, by translating compensation strategy into system requirements and validating compensation system effectiveness.
  • Calculate Sales variable compensation and provide Sales Management with information about their teams’ performance and payout
  • Calculate Sales incentive programs and Sales performance rankings and provide Sales Management with reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Economics, Engineering or a quantitative discipline
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Good conceptual thinking ability
  • Ability to interpret volumes of complex data, draw logical conclusion
  • Basic understanding of the macro business environment (economic, competitor, market dynamics etc.)
  • Basic commercial judgement
  • Fluency in English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • SQL knowledge and experience
  • VBA, Python knowledge is a plus
  • Good self-organisational skills
  • Basic project management knowledge
