To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Team Lead to join our Product Solutions Department in Krakow.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop team members (incl. performance review)
  • Monitor and manage staff, capacity and work distribution
  • Coordinate and monitor the dedicated process / fund projects within the change process for institutional and retail funds in order to ensure in-time and in-quality delivery
  • Assistance with contract negotiations and revisions, e.g. Operating Memorandum and Service Level Agreements;
  • Internal and external contact for all enquiries arising from day-to-day business;
  • Close cooperation with the Product Solutions Team across locations;
  • Support in the preparation of customer appointments in cooperation with the Sales and Relationship Management Team if required;
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through a fast and competent response to Client enquiries with regards to fund project events;
  • Establish and maintain efficient and well documented processes
  • Sustainable tracking of our internal and external KPI's, to ensure a solution in-time & in-quality;
  • Ensure process integration and process optimization

Your skills and experience
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
  • English C1
  • German B2
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
  • Experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization
  • Understands investment fund industry
