As a Contact Center Solution Architect, you will join Federal Express Corporation (FedEx Express) - the world's largest express transportation company. FedEx Express' global transportation network ensures fast, reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments around the world.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Solution Architect to lead the design and review of our enterprise-level solution that aligns with our strategic architecture goals. You will provide mentorship and coaching to other architects, offering innovative ideas to enhance existing systems' value and cost-effectiveness. Acting as a technical and functional leader, you will collaborate with full stack scrum teams to define application roadmaps, ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives. You will participate in architecture reviews, guide compliance with InfoSec standards, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
- Ideally, 12–15 years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment
- Mandatory skills: Cisco/Genesys/IVR/IVA
- CCIE or CCNP or CCVP, CCDP certification preferred
- Working experience in Agile methodologies
- Have the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Good understanding and ability of stakeholder management
