Clearance Broker with English – US Team (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Kraków | Shift: 15:00–23:00

Join FedEx Express, the world’s largest express transportation company, as a Clearance Broker supporting our US Team. We’re looking for motivated individuals — recent graduates and customer service professionals — ready to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

As part of our Clearance & Brokerage Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth customs clearance for shipments, while developing your career within one of the strongest logistics networks in the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and verify clearance documentation from clients
  • Handle incoming client inquiries and escalations, providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up to date with customs and trade regulations, and share relevant knowledge with peers and clients
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in all clearance processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work afternoon shifts (15:00–23:00)
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Motivation to grow within a multinational organization
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
