• Lead and support the rollout of high-level control software at complex logistics and warehouse automation sites.
• Perform integration testing and validation to ensure system readiness and performance.
• Provide 24/7 global support for both on-premise and cloud-based software, resolving issues with speed and precision (rotational shift work).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site personnel across the globe.
• Work with Azure DevOps tools to support deployment pipelines and system integration.
• Travel occasionally (mainly within Europe) for go-lives, upgrades, and issue resolution.

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, software integration, or control systems implementation – ideally in material handling or warehouse automation.
• Strong C# development and debugging skills.
• Fluent English is required for effective communication in an international team and collaboration across global FedEx locations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
• Availability for rotational shift work: 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work during off-hours for urgent issues or deployments.
• Willingness to work on weekends if needed – within a 5-day working week.
• Experience with multithreaded applications and session management.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in using regular expressions for diagnostics (e.g., in Splunk, Notepad++).
• Experience with Java Messaging Service (JMS) and troubleshooting message flow issues.
• Experience with XML and JSON.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Willingness to travel in EU and internationally for critical rollouts or escalations
• Background in logistics, parcel, or warehouse environments.
• Experience working in global support teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with high-availability system rollout strategies.
