• Perform a variety of engineering responsibilities across multiple operational locations, identifying and initiating improvements to support local goals.
• Provide technical expertise and continuous support to cross-functional project teams.
• Use modelling tools to convert volumes and assumptions into accurate resource and productivity plans.
• Set operational targets and apply established methods and best practices to model existing operations.
• Act as a local subject matter expert, contributing to the development of strategic plans for specific locations or areas.
• Communicate new plans to local management, ensuring clarity and implementation support.
  

• Degree or professional qualification in Industrial Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Creative mindset with a strong ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven experience in solving operational business challenges and presenting scenarios to management.
• Ability to translate technical information and model outputs into clear, user-friendly formats.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g. Excel, Word, MS Project, Power BI) to create simulations and visualise business needs.
