What you'll do in this role:

  • Understand customer needs to help improve pricing and sales strategies
  • Learn the full process of setting up new prices and services – from request to system launch
  • Manage projects and work closely with teams like pricing, marketing, and IT to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Keep teams aligned, handle priorities, and build strong relationships
  • Gain practical knowledge of internal pricing systems and tools, assess how configuration changes affect end users (like sales teams), and ensure all updates are feasible and accurately implemented
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform key business decisions and respond to specific commercial questions

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Project management experience – especially with cross-team work and tight deadlines
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (C1)
  • Good understanding of how sales, marketing, and pricing teams work together
  • Ability to read and understand data to support pricing decisions (advanced Excel skills).
  • Willingness to learn tools like Databricks or Genie
  • Strong communication skills, ability to manage expectations
  • Organised and good at planning – able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Previous experience related to pricing will be a plus
