You will work with global B2B customers, cooperating closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality transportation solutions.
We are looking for candidates with fluent German and English (min. B2)!
Location: Kraków or Katowice
Hybrid work is possible (2 days per week from the office) after completing the initial on‑site training period.
The minimum base salary for this position is 7200 zł gross plus a sales commission.
Your Responsibilities:
• Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with international global customers
• Contacting customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings
• Preparing and presenting domestic and international transport offers including pricing
• Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales opportunities
• Managing and developing an assigned customer portfolio
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and new business
• Achieving defined sales targets (opportunity creation, deal closure, sales activity KPIs)
• Cooperating with customer-facing Key Account Sales Representatives and other internal departments
• Ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction
• Reporting results and activities to the Inside Sales Manager
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or customer service
• Fluent in
German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
• Very good communication and negotiation abilities
• Good organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is a strong advantage
